No Accounts Required

PropiTax does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information. All tools are fully functional without any signup.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool that:

• Does not use cookies
• Does not collect or store personal data
• Does not track visitors across sites or devices
• Does not use fingerprinting techniques
• Anonymizes IP addresses — they are never stored
• Is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR

Plausible processes aggregate, anonymized metrics only (page views, referrers, device types). No data is sold or shared with third parties.

Cookies

PropiTax does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or persistent cookies of any kind. The only cookies that may be set are strictly functional (e.g., session state for server-rendered pages) and are not used for tracking.

Third-Party Services

PropiTax is hosted using the following services:

• Vercel — Hosting and edge delivery. Vercel may log standard server-access data (IP addresses, request paths) for infrastructure purposes per their privacy policy.
• Supabase — Database hosting. The PropiTax database contains only public Census data — no personal user data is stored.
• Plausible Analytics — Privacy-friendly analytics as described above.

Children's Privacy

PropiTax is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted prominently.
