By using PropiTax, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally straightforward.

By accessing or using PropiTax (propitax.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Service Description
PropiTax provides a free, informational property tax calculator and data tool for U.S. counties. All data is sourced from the U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey and is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Not Financial or Legal Advice
PropiTax is an informational tool only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice. Estimates produced by our calculator are based on historical Census data and may differ substantially from your actual tax bill.
For advice specific to your property, consult a licensed CPA, tax attorney, or your county assessor's office.
4. No Warranty of Accuracy
While we use official government data and apply standard methodology, property tax law is complex and varies by jurisdiction, assessment district, and year. PropiTax makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data on this site. Data is provided "as is."
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAMEUR AGENCY and the operators of PropiTax shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on any information provided on this site.
6. Intellectual Property
The PropiTax brand, logo, design, and codebase are owned by BAMEUR AGENCY. The underlying Census Bureau data is in the public domain (U.S. government work). You may not reproduce or redistribute the PropiTax brand or site design without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from PropiTax at scale without prior written consent
- Use automated bots or scripts to generate excessive server requests
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attack the site's infrastructure
- Use PropiTax data to build competing commercial products without disclosure
Reasonable personal and research use is always welcome.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PropiTax at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
